Module 1 - Anatomy 101: a look at the physiology of the human body and the areas most affected by musculoskeletal issues, as well as a review of some of the most common conditions that can affect dental professionals.
Module 2 - Sitting Straight and Working Right: a look at working posture and an introduction to the concept of optimal working positions for dental professionals.
Module 3 - Saving Your Environment: a look at the various elements of surgery equipment that can assist dental professionals maintain ergonomic working practices.
Module 4 - Four-Handed Dentistry: a look at the concept of four-handed dentistry as a viable working technique for the benefits of patients, clinicians and team members.
Module 5 - Prevention - Not just for Oral Health!: a look at some non-surgical preventative strategies and therapies that could be beneficial in reducing or preventing musculoskeletal pain.
